Megan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's in broadcast journalism, with a minor in Spanish language. Later, she went back to school while working to complete her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a minor in marketing through West Texas A&M. Early on in her career, she spent six years as a reporter, producer and fill-in anchor at KWTX-TV, the CBS affiliate in Waco, Texas. From there, she took a position in school PR, leading a district's website newsroom print and video story creation, social media management and media relations pitching efforts. Megan returned to Waco as an account manager for several for profit and nonprofit client accounts at E.H. Anderson PR agency. She then accepted a position at Neighborly, (formerly known as the Dwyer Group) in Waco as a communications manager. She is proud to support Corporate Video Texas by serving as a consultant in marketing, public relations, social media services and more for the company founded and headed by her husband.
